Payment & Terms:
Payment in full, less the deposit, is due upon completion of the scheduled event.
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express
Additionally, cash, and business checks are acceptable as payment.
Presently, credit card payments are hand keyed into a terminal at our office.
For security, we are required to key in the street number and zip code of the official billing address.
Please provide this information in addition to the credit card number.
We do not recommend that credit card information be sent via eMail
For clients who wish to keep their credit card information on file with us, it is stored in a secure, password protected, encrypted file.
In the near future, clients will have the option to make secure payments online.
A 50% deposit is required to hold a date.
The maximum deposit required is $500.
Deposits are refundable for cancellations made 10 business days prior to the scheduled date.
Deposits are 50% refundable for cancellations made between 5 and 10 business days prior to the scheduled date.
Deposits are not refundable for cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled event.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete a scheduled date due to an unforseen problem on our end, mechanical or otherwise, deposits will be refunded in full.
